Refunds and Returns

Following NSW consumer regulations we do provide returns and refunds!

If you have received a product from me in the mail and it is faulty or you've found that it's damaged, please contact me immediately at returns @nokel.tech with photos and/or as much detail as possible of the damaged/faulty item and I'll reply with what to do next. Please contact me from 12pm Monday to Friday and I'll usually reply within an hour of receiving the message.

(DO NOT USE THE RETURNS ADDRESS FOR ANYTHING APART FOR PRODUCT RETURN ENQUIRIES, ALL SPAM WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY IGNORED AND DELETED)

Our warehouse is located at 92 Mona Vale Rd (entry via daydream street), Warriewood NSW 2102. Make sure you have contacted me PRIOR to sending the item back and gotten the "OK", as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly labelled returns or returns not following our guidelines found in the refund policy.
