Computer Repair and Technical Support (Service)

Are you having problems with your Windows computer and don’t know how to fix the issue?

I have an initial $50 fee and can service your computer first via online meeting, or depending on the problem, I can either come to your house, or you can drop the computer off to fix the issue if I can’t remotely fix your problem.

If additional parts are necessary to fix the computer I will first let you know, and add the price of those parts to the bill accordingly, alternatively if you already know the problem and want to provide your own parts but don’t want to install them yourself, I’m happy to install them for you as long as they’re the correct parts.

If I believe the issue is difficult and will take longer than 1 hour to fix, I will charge $25 per hour (hour blocks) for any extra time it takes to fix the issue.

Please note: If we’ve discussed and agreed on the cost of any parts or materials needed for your repair, and after the “go ahead” those parts have already been purchased, you will be charged for the cost of those parts if you decide not to proceed with the repair for any reason afterwards.
